TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIVACY POLICY At Prest-On.com we respect your privacy. It is our policy to:-Respect the purpose for which you have provided us information -NEVER sell or rent your information to third parties for email marketing. Our contact with you is respected, secure and private. SHIPPING INFORMATION We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via FED X Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Please note that FED X will NOT deliver to a post office box. All shipment must have a physical address. Orders received and approved Monday through Friday by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received and approved on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. If you provide and e-mail address, as soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you via e-mail with order tracking information; you will be able to track your orders arrival. RETURNS If for some reason you are unhappy with your Prest-On product, please call/e-mail us to schedule a return. Returns are accepted 30 days from the purchase of date. When returning a product please include your name, address, invoice/order number. If you are unable to locate your invoice contact our Customer Service department. Once Prest-On has received your return you will receive your refund of the product minus shipping cost from the original purchase price. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the FED X driver make note of the condition. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) working days. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived. Notify us at info@Prest-On.com and we will help you arrange the return of the damaged merchandise. RISK OF LOSS Pursuant to the sale of all items purchased from Prest-On.com is the FED X shipping contract. The essential and ostensible contract transfers ownership and the risk of loss of the products to you upon our delivery to FED X for shipment. Each of our shipments, however, is insured against damage or loss. YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Prest-On.com and its associates reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders and refund charges in their sole discretion and in compliance with legal requirements.
